Listing Photography

With this flat rate fee, you will be provided as many photos as it takes to properly showcase your listing. Drone photography is included if area allows. Turnaround time approx. 24-48 hours.
Video Walkthrough

I will film, edit, add music, and overlay information for the perfect video tour walkthrough of your listing, complete your info card at beginning and end. Drone footage included if allowable. Upload the finished video to your preferred sharing platform.

Virtual Tour

I will create a comprehensive virtual walkthrough tour of your listing and host it on Matterport for up to 6 months. It will include the full interior tour as well as 360 degree views of the front, back, and other points of relevance and 3D dollhouse view.
Watercolor Photo

A digital watercolor rendition of the home; the perfect gift for your clients who are buying or selling!
The image will be a 8.5x11 by default or can be scaled to the dimensions of your choosing. Digital product only for $25. Printed and framed for $35.
Keepsake Physical Photo

Includes 1 physical keepsake photo of the home, a perfect gift for your clients to remember their home by! The image will be a 108mmx84mm photo taken with my Fujifilm Instax Wide 300.
Think back to the good ol' days of Polaroid. Just don't shake it! :)

FAQ
How do you photograph listings?
I will bring my gear to your home/listing at our scheduled appointment time. It should take me roughly 1 hour to completely photograph and take a video of the home. I use my Galaxy S26 Ultra with its impressive capabilities to take the photos and video with the aid of a DJI OM5 Gimbal. My drone is the DJI Mini 3 Pro. Please be sure that the home is as clean and presentable as possible to ensure the best look possible for the photos. Electricity must be turned on for optimal results. Since I am a licensed real estate agent, your presence is not required unless there is no accessible lockbox for me to access the home. If weather does not cooperate for our scheduled day and time, we can reschedule no problem.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am local to Auburn/Opelika and, yes, I will travel up to a distance of 30 miles.
Whether you need me to photograph a home in Valley, Lake Martin, or Columbus, I will be available. However, if you would like me to come back a different day for an additional service or should I not be able to complete the job to satisfaction at no fault of my own (home in need of cleaning, landscaping, sudden inclement weather, etc), a travel fee of $25 will apply and be reflected on the invoice for that service.
When will I get the photos?
I strive for as quick turnaround as possible. You will have the photos, videos, drone footage, virtual tour, and/or any promotional material within 24-48 hour time period. Need them as soon as possible? I offer a $75 rush fee for quick turnaround. Please bear in mind that the initial appointment to take photos can take 1 - 1.5 hours on average and editing even longer! I average about +/- 8 uninterrupted hours for editing listing photo and +/- 4 uninterrupted hours for editing video.
Do I have to sign a contract?
If you prefer, I do have one available so that we are all on the same page! I typically refer my clients to this FAQ section as well as the Terms and Conditions below to make sure they understand what is included and that the work provided is for a license to use the copyrighted material, not ownership of the material itself. This is standard in the photography business and I am happy to answer additional questions.
How many photos will I receive?
You will receive as many photos as it takes to accurately represent the home in order to best sell it. The number may be 40 for a smaller condo or it may be 60 for a larger home, but it will be as many relevant photos as the home presents opportunity for. I will also try provide a few extra angles so that you may choose your favorites. The video will be between 2-6 minutes depending on the size of the home and will be edited to trim down time and include text to describe the home. Aerial footage will include photos and/or videos of the home. Again, it will be as many as needed to best and most accurately represent the home.
Do you offer bulk discounts for multiple services?
No, I am sorry. I do not offer a bulk discount because my pricing is as affordable as it possibly can be given the quality, amount of products delivered, and the quick turnaround time that I provide. I offer occasional promotions or discounts and I will let you know if I am running one.
Can you return photos the same day you take them?
If I have availability, I will try my absolute best. However, editing photos can take several uninterrupted hours and rushing the editing process is stressful for both me and my family. In order to return them same-day, I will need to charge an additional $75 rush fee. To ensure the best possible experience, please plan accordingly to have photos returned within the standard 24-48 hour time period.
Do I have complete ownership of the photos?
In short, the answer is no. You are hiring me for a service to create photography and videography works that I allow you to use on a licensed basis. The copyright will remain with the creator (me) and under no circumstances are edits to occur to the material beyond what I provide. If they are unsatisfactory or do not meet your needs, I will be happy to work with you to edit the photos as necessary for satisfaction. If you would like to purchase the copyright of the material from me, I am happy to discuss that further at your leisure and am always available to answer questions. The license is held only by the individual(s) who have hired me at the time and do not extend to other non-transactional persons for use.

Terms and Conditions
Copyright for created materials to include photography, videography, aerial drone footage photography/videography, and promotional material is retained by the creator, Kelsey Crump. Client is purchasing a license to use such materials indefinitely in any matter they so choose, digital, print, etc. Client is not to alter or edit the images or video provided in any way, except with permission from or provided by the creator, Kelsey Crump. Additional visits to the property will be subject to a travel fee of $25 and apply to services provided for the creation of materials in the event that the content creator was not able to perform the task in full not at their fault, but due to events such as, but not limited to, the home lacking in cleanliness, sudden inclement weather, harsh shadows due to time of day, or reorganization needed. All delivered services will be in digital format with the exception of the physical keepsake photo, which includes one (1) 8.6cmx10.8cm picture printed on Fujifilm Instax instant film, or the printed and framed Welcome Home photo. Quality of the keepsake photo cannot be edited and depends completely on the weather conditions and environment in which it was produced. 3D Virtual Tour will be hosted by Matterport with access via private link hosted for up to 6 months or until the property is sold or listing removed, whichever comes first. Client agrees to these terms when services are procured and is provided a copy of aforementioned terms upon receipt of invoice for services.
